Wealthiare Enterprise (WE) – Terms of Donation

Wealthiare Enterprise (“WE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to empowering entrepreneurs through community, collaboration, and collective growth. We deeply appreciate the generosity of those who choose to support our mission through charitable donations. These Terms of Donation (“Terms”) govern all monetary and non-monetary contributions made to Wealthiare Enterprise by both members and non-members.

1. Purpose of Donations

All donations made to Wealthiare Enterprise are voluntary and are used to support the mission, programs, and initiatives of our organization. Donations help fund member resources, educational programs, events, and business support opportunities. Donations are not investments, do not result in ownership interest, and are not used as income for any individual member or leader within the network.

2. Donation Types Accepted

We currently accept the following types of donations:

  • Monetary Contributions (one-time or recurring)

  • In-kind Donations / Volunteered services (products, services, or other non-monetary items, subject to approval)

All donations are subject to acceptance and use at the sole discretion of Wealthiare Enterprise.

3. Donation Refund Policy

We aim to be transparent and fair regarding refunds while also maintaining the integrity of the donation process. Our refund policy is as follows:

For Monetary Donations:

  • Donations over $100:

    • 100% refundable if requested within 14 days of donation.

    • 50% refundable if requested within 21 days of donation.

    • Non-refundable after 21 days.

  • Donations under $100:

    • 50% refundable if requested within 14 days.

    • Non-refundable after 14 days.

For In-Kind Donations:

  • In-kind donations are not eligible for refunds or returns, and all accepted donations become the property of Wealthiare Enterprise.

4. Use of Funds

Donated funds will be allocated at the discretion of Wealthiare Enterprise to areas where they are most needed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Program development and delivery

  • Community engagement initiatives

  • Business funding campaigns

  • Educational resources

  • Operational support

We pledge to maintain responsible stewardship over all contributions received.

5. No Compensation or Benefit

Donors will not receive any financial benefit, tax deduction (unless otherwise stated), equity, or compensation in exchange for their donation. Donations do not entitle the donor to influence decisions or operations within Wealthiare Enterprise.

6. Transparency and Reporting

While we are not a 501(c)(3) organization at this time, Wealthiare Enterprise commits to transparency regarding the use of donations. Upon request, general information about the use of donated funds may be shared with donors, especially for significant contributions (over $1,000).

7. Donor Acknowledgment

We may publicly acknowledge donors unless anonymity is requested. If you'd prefer to remain anonymous, please indicate this when making your donation or by contacting us directly.

8. Changes to These Terms

Wealthiare Enterprise reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Donation at any time. Changes will be posted on our official website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued contributions after such changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
