Wealthiare Enterprise (WE) – Terms of Membership

Wealthiare Enterprise (or WE)—an organization dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs through community, collaboration, and collective growth. These Terms of Involvement (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Wealthiare Enterprise network and outline the rights, responsibilities, and expectations of all members and non-members involved.
Purpose of Membership
Membership in Wealthiare Enterprise is more than joining a network—it’s becoming part of a movement. Our goal is to support entrepreneurs and aspiring leaders through personal development, financial literacy, community engagement, and shared business success. We strive to create an inclusive and empowering environment for all members.
Eligibility for Membership
To become a member of Wealthiare Enterprise, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Align with the mission, values, and vision of Wealthiare Enterprise.
Commit to actively contributing to the community through participation, support, or purchasing of products or services provided by co-members of the network.
Submit an application (if applicable) and agree to abide by these Terms. Membership may be subject to approval by Wealthiare Administration.
Maintain on-time status of annual membership dues.
Member Benefits
As a member of Wealthiare Enterprise, you gain access to a wide range of exclusive benefits, including for example:
Community Support: Access to a vibrant network of like-minded individuals who may or may not offer products and /or services.
Course Programs: Workshops, training, and resources focused on financial literacy, communication skills, and entrepreneurial growth.
Recognition & Rewards: Milestone incentives, raffles, giveaways, and discounts within the network.
Events & Experiences: Occasional group travel experiences, business conferences, and community celebrations.
Welcome Package: Curated gift box for new members.
Shared Services: Peer-to-peer support and collaborative business opportunities.
Business Funding Initiatives: Opportunities to participate in business funding campaigns and support events
Member Responsibilities
By joining Wealthiare Enterprise, members agree to:
Participate in community activities with integrity, respect, and a collaborative spirit.
Maintain open and respectful communication with fellow members.
Uphold the values of generosity, personal accountability, and mutual support.
Engage in personal and professional development efforts.
Avoid using the platform for harmful, exploitative, or unethical purposes.
Represent Wealthiare Enterprise positively in both online and offline spaces.
Code of Conduct
To foster a safe and inclusive environment, all members must adhere to the following code:
Respect: Value diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
Integrity: Act with honesty and uphold commitments.
Support: Encourage and uplift others within the community.
Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of members and any sensitive information shared.
Non-Discrimination: Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.
Violations of this code may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Membership dues
Wealthiare Enterprise offers a network for entrepreneurs to connect and benefit from services, resources and perks. In order to provide members with a valuable experience we ask for membership dues. These membership dues are monthly annual contributions to the network. The cost of membership does vary by specific tier levels and may be subject to change without notice or rebate of cost difference. We recommend members to refer new members in order to avoid paying future membership dues. Please see membership plans to see which membership best suits your financial situation.
Membership refund policy
All new members will have 30 days from the date of initial payment to cancel membership. Membership payment is 50% refundable (to the original payment method). If after canceling the former member decides to rejoin within 90 days, that member will only pay 50% of the membership payment which will be good for 1 year.
Donations / Donation refund policy
Wealthiare Enterprise welcomes all donations from both members and non-members. Please be advised that a donation is a way of supporting the network and the mission and it is not an investment. The donations are integrated into the network as needed and will not be used as income for any member or owner of Wealthiare. Donations over $100 are 100% refundable up to 14 days and 50% refundable up to 21 days. Donations under $100 are subject to a 50% refund up until 14 days.
Termination of Membership
Wealthiare Enterprise reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time for violations of these Terms or behavior deemed harmful to the community. Members may also cancel their membership at any time by notifying the organization in writing. If a membership is canceled for any reason other than for non-payment (within the 90 days), the membership may not be reinstated.The former member will need to be re-invited to the network then reapply and be approved again. A new membership level will need to be selected along with annual membership due payment.
Use of Member Content & Privacy
By participating in Wealthiare activities, you may be featured in community highlights, recognition posts, or event media. Wealthiare respects your privacy and will not share your personal information without consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
Wealthiare Enterprise reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued membership implies acceptance of revised terms.
